20 minutes walk from Ogawa Station on the Seibu Kokubunji Line. You won't be able to get there unless you make a lot of turns, so you'll need a navigation app at first. It is difficult to explain that there is a parking lot for 3 cars about 150m away from the store. Although it is difficult in that sense, it is a store worth going to.
The opening time is written as 11:00, but apparently it opens around 10:30. Sometimes the noodles are finished after 12 o'clock.
Because this is the ultimate one-off operation inside the store, even customers cooperate in ensuring smooth operations.
Write your order on paper. Product name, quantity, and price. Order forms and ballpoint pens are placed behind the counter, so if you sit here, you can help hand out and collect order forms and pens (usually regulars seem to take care of this).

The order in which the items are made is determined by the maker, so the order in which they arrive at the store is just a guideline. Changing the order is normal.

Menu is limited. Udon noodles, soy sauce, colander, and kettle. Tempura and egg-fried rice, that's it.

Still, customers keep coming.

The noodles are thick. Sanuki's glossy noodles are chewy and the soup stock is delicious.

I ordered Kake Udon Atsuhiya (500 yen) and Geso and Chikuwa Tempura (200 yen). The udon soup has a Kansai-style flavor. I was imagining Sanuki udon noodles to be slippery and go down my throat, but it was the type that I would enjoy while chewing thoroughly. The tempura is freshly fried, large, and comes with scissors. This was delicious when eaten while dipping it in the soup.

Added Gesoten and it's delicious. It's a mess in no time. Clean up by yourself and calculate the bill yourself. Let's put out change so we don't change it. Let's be grateful that it's such a cheap and delicious meal because it's a one-off operation. I wonder who the complainers think they are. Those people don't need to come. The regulars are all nice people. It's a nice atmosphere, so I don't think anyone who harasses the customers for any reason will be banned.

I wasn't able to go due to the short opening hours and the small shop sells out the noodles quickly, but I was finally able to visit. I went after 11am and there was already a line. I got into the store in about 30 minutes, but the TKG was already sold out. I ordered tempura with kake no namiyahiya, conger conger eel, and kisses. The udon is ready in about 20 minutes. The tempura was freshly fried and the Sanuki udon was chewy and delicious. The owner was the sole operator, and regular customers were helping with ordering and seating information. Drink your own water, and after eating, put away the dishes on the shelf. Prices are quite low in this day and age.
