I visited there the other day during a trip to Kanazawa.
Since it's a famous soba restaurant, I was really looking forward to it and my hurdles were high.

Open for lunch only, reservations required.

11:00~
13:00~

Two shifts.

The menu basically consists of only 6,000 yen courses.

There are about 10 dishes including dessert, so it's quite large.

As for the taste, each dish has an elegant finish that gives you the feeling of careful work.

It's very delicious, but is it impressive enough? If you ask me, that's not the case...
(I don't mean this in a negative way though)

On the other hand, the location and atmosphere of the store, such as the exterior and interior, is great.

I have come on a trip to a space where you can feel the extraordinary in an old folk house style! It stirs up that feeling.

There are only 6,600 yen courses for lunch and 8,800 yen for dinner.
By appointment only.
I bothered you at night.
There were so many items that I was full.
For the final soba, you can choose between zaru soba or oroshi soba.
You can also choose the amount, normal or small.
I use less grated.
I chose the photos in the order they appeared, but they are all separated.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays from August onwards, but since I made a reservation in July, I was able to have a private lunch. I like soba and often eat it, but this was my first time eating kaiseki, and my girlfriend, who is a foodie, was happy to be able to enjoy it with her close friends in a nice space, so I invited her. It was good. It was great to hear from the owner about the shop. Thank you very much.
