I like how it's a cozy casual place when it's a really delicious French restaurant. The burdock soup was the best I've ever had, the lamb the beef perfect, and the black truffle risotto.... I need to go back again soon. My family's favorite French restaurant in Sapporo.

Great local material experience! I had a course menu - seated on counter as a solo tlaverer - was great course menu - they have fire wood baked (same methods as pizza baking) main menu - was especially great. I had probably best ever lamb meat here. I've had fire wood grill méthode méat in Tokyo (Ebisu) too, learnt that with this method you knife in meat - it won't loose the juice but the meat only release juice in your mouth - this shop was the same effect :D lamb was crispy on the surface and indeed - your mouth will enjoy the juice release with the meat! They also have super limited edition of Hokkaido wine on wine list - worth it to try some of the Pinot noir - even though I'm still not convinced with Japanese red wine - was acceptable pricing to enhance my experiences (if you are not a person of this type - pls stuck to French or Italian wines - as they have good selection here)
