Le Musée

Good theme. Food are really creative with local ingredients used. Many interesting flavours but do take note that it takes 3 hours of dine in as there are many courses. Not the best fine dining i eaten but definitely creative with the seasonal ingredients and displayed autumn theme really well. My favourite course was the salad:) Staff are very welcoming and friendly as well.

The restaurant environment is like a gallary, and you could enjoy the painting during meals.

The chef is very serious cooking in kitchen and put sauce for us in different dishes. The service is very good, and the lady was always serving with smile as well.

Very nice restaurant. We were the only diners the night we ate, which means full attention but felt a lack of atmosphere. Service was superb. The food was great but did not set our loins ablaze. With the quality of produce in the Hokkaidō winter perhaps our loins could have been smoldered further. All in all a very pleasant experience. The first course cooked at the table in some kind of fractional distillation apparatus was truly magical. Sorry no pictures of that one, we were too involved. Some really eye catching plates.
