One of my favorite lunch!

There was always a line at lunchtime, so I got curious and decided to line up on a weekday during my annual holiday.
The menu is simple, with a choice of soup, salad, or three main dishes, and the staff will ask you in advance and bring it to you as soon as you are seated.
There's no waste, and it's delicious and filling.
If you look around you, do you see a lot of women?
There are also counter seats, so even if you are alone, you can take a peek.
The meat was tender, and the accompanying mashed potatoes were mixed with the sauce and eaten with bread.
I couldn't stop myself and asked for a refill of bread.
It's hard to find time for lunch, so I'd like to go eat there again, even if it means taking a year off.
By the way, they bring out a tray to put the money in at the perfect time when you finish eating.

This restaurant is run by the chef and owner of Bistro Auxdelicesdedodine, which was listed in the Michelin Guide for Tokyo. It's a very popular store, with lines forming even before it opens.
This time I ordered Pumpkin Potage and Roast Pork ~Mustard Sauce~.
You can see the kitchen clearly from the counter seats. You can see how the chef grills and arranges the meat in an efficient manner. After serving, they are careful to wipe off the sauce.
As for the taste, this was also very delicious. The compatibility between the aromatic grilled meat and the sauce was amazing. There was a good amount of meat, and I felt quite satisfied.

Number 1 waiting at 11:35. I was worried about the time, but the staff provided smooth service and I was saved. The appetizer was pumpkin soup, and the main course was stewed chicken. Mint tea served in a mini decanter on a warm baguette was served at 1,300 yen, which I think is a really good deal. The atmosphere of the shop is also nice.
