I made a reservation on the phone before going.
Two people sit side by side at the counter and enjoy lunch while looking out at the sea beyond the kitchen.
I was a little concerned about how busy the chef was as he was making the food by himself, but I'm glad that I was able to eat it skillfully and at the right time.
The main fish was delicious, but the dessert and coffee☕ were even more stylish and delicious! I was satisfied 🙆

I visited at lunchtime.
I visited on the weekend, and many people without reservations on the day were turned away as the seats were full, so it would be a good idea to make a reservation.
Is Doria sold out? I went there at the same time they opened, so they probably didn't serve it that day, so I got the omelet rice, and the eggs were fluffy, delicious, and satisfying.
However, they also serve cake and coffee, so it's quite a large meal and may be too much for some women. . .
As other people have said in reviews, everything is done in one operation, so the owner is not always busy, and it is very difficult to ask for help when paying the bill. lol

A suburban shop with a view of the port from the window. The chef is in charge of everything from serving customers to cooking. When you sit at the counter, you can watch the chef skillfully prepare the food right in front of you. Ordered pork lunch and tongue stew lunch.
First, we received some rock mozuku in a small glass bowl with a spoon. Since the port is right in front of you, you can probably get fresh seafood.
Next is salad, main course, bread (rice), dessert, and coffee.
There were several other customers, but we didn't have to wait long and our food was served.
However, in order to do everything efficiently by myself in the open kitchen, I use pots, pans, and tableware a lot, so it makes a lot of noise (lol)
If you want to eat quietly, be patient.
As for the taste, everything is delicious. The tongue stew is well-cooked and fluffy! The garnished potato chips were also delicious.
There are two types of desserts and they are voluminous.
