You sit down at lunch and you don't get to choose from a menu.
Instead the waiting staff bring you their specialty, a plate or grilled mackerel (saba). The fish is super oily, in the best way possible.
Since the fish is grilled in store, prepare to smell like mackerel for *at least* the rest of the day.
That being said, you probably will never get better grilled fish anywhere in the world.

For those who failed to well comprehend the nature of Japanese cuisine this is nothing but tasteless and mundane dish that solely feeds your stomach. But for those who are matured enough to enjoy the beauty of Nihonshoku this will make your day. I'd come back and go out of the restaurant with a smile on my face. Thank you for your meal.
