A hole in the wall place very close to the train station North Exit. This is a cash place and a line will definitely be there. Fresh made Oden and own brewed sake. Very delicious and a set will cost you 800¥. Finish the sake up to 50ml point and bring it back to counter and they will mix it with the broth and top it off.
A must if you're in the area. Locals eating with you are friendly as well.
