Meguro Mitsuboshi Shokudo

One of the best omurice and curry restaurants in Tokyo. Quaint setting, seating around 15 people. Run by a lovely family. Perfectly cooked, delicious omurice and curry with omelette. Had the shrimp curry today, which was excellent. Lunch is served with a salad of beansprouts and lettuce.

Food is excellent. The menu is entirely in Japanese but the staff is more than happy to help you figure it out. The omelette rice here is better than a lot of other more famous spots. A little pricier then most though but portion size is good.

great food but all Japanese menu that changes every day, no pictures. if you don't speak Japanese it might be a little difficult

edit: it's been 2 years and I still think about eating this dish back when I was in Japan. Truly one of the greatest things I've ever eaten
