It is pronounced as shoki.
I am ajitama backfat sardines
The wife uses backfat Kyoto soy sauce
There are two types of noodles, and the soy sauce is straight thin noodles.
The other type is, to put it simply, like irregular noodles from Juwari Soba.
Both noodles were delicious because they matched the taste.
Furthermore, I have never thought that dried sardines are very delicious, but this one had no bitterness (bitterness? habit?) and was very delicious♪
The store staff and kitchen staff are all very lively and polite, so please come and have a taste.
Afterwards, there is only parking space for two cars.
There is a parking lot affiliated with the Times and a hospital nearby, and you can use this parking lot, so it is better to submit a Times ticket.
By the way, I didn't know about the service and left the ticket in my car, but after I explained it to them, I was able to receive the service♪
That was helpful (^◇^;)
I'm thinking of going again♪
Ah, later...
Once they enjoy the taste, they cheer up and say, “Thank you for the meal!”
I think it's good because it will make everyone feel better (lol)
*Rice is probably cooked in a pot...or a gas pot, or a pressure cooker.
It's a very difficult method to cook, but it brings out both the shine and the flavor.
However, it is difficult to manage because it does not keep time (it turns yellow over time).
It was such delicious rice ♪

The best ramen shop I've ever been to has come to Higashi Ward 😂
I don't usually eat tsukemen at all, but I'm going to try the kelp water tsukemen here! It's on a different level...
Also, the monthly limited edition ramen is all delicious and I look forward to it.
I've been coming here since it opened, and it's now a super popular restaurant 😅
If you don't change the time both day and night, you will definitely line up (lol)
They also have stamp cards, so if you go there, it's great to be able to eat at a bargain once in a while!
Be sure to check Twitter when you go! ! (Notifications of temporary closures, limited ramen, etc.)

Second visit. We had multiple types of ramen, and all of them were delicious and showed the owner's good taste. Both the Kyoto backfat soy sauce that I ordered this time and the tsukemen with kelp water that Tsure ordered were so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim, "Delicious!" I would definitely come back again.
