[Noodle shop Tobizaru]
I was really interested in this shop as it is also a favorite shop of my real seniors at Ra-Katsu, and today I was able to finally visit it because I had a job nearby♪
Immediately after the afternoon session started, I headed to the parking lot where there were two cars, and there was one empty! Thank you, God of Ramen (-person-)✨
First of all, I was taking a photo of the menu posted in front of the store...the proprietress came to take off the photo of the limited edition menu that I secretly wanted to make.Σ(ﾟдﾟ;) Eh?! It was 11:08am. Entered the store in minutes. Since there was only one customer in front of me, I interpreted that to be one of the two cars in the parking lot, so I looked at the colorful ticket vending machine on the right as soon as I entered and chose the one that was.
Click on the Enoshima Black (1,250 yen), which is said to be the most popular♪
I took a seat at the left end of the counter that I was guided to, handed over my ticket, asked for a medium portion, poured myself a delicious-looking water, and waited for my bowl to arrive.
The background music that plays is very reminiscent of Enoshima, and the pictures on the walls and the ones on the counter have monkey motifs that are fun.I wonder if the things like hockey written on the whiteboard on the refrigerator are for when the store is open at night. ? As I was imagining this, I arrived at the rice bowl.
As soon as I saw the blacky-flavored mar oil soup, I started to get hungry!!
Soup! Even though it may have a medicinal oil effect, the soy sauce base is really strong and striking.
Personally, I'm really grateful that the specified noodles are 120g for a medium serving, but 150g for a medium serving. You can rest assured that you will finish your meal.
And the chashu is really delicious. If it's not lunch time, I'd buy the char siu separately and have it as an evening drink.

Ah, the flavored eggs were hard boiled, but the taste was good.
