This is a store that makes me want to go again.
A delicious ramen shop with smooth noodles that are easy to slurp. It's a great restaurant where the contrast between the friendly staff and the owner who silently prepares the ramen brings out the deliciousness.
Chuka soba is similar to Tori Chuka in Yamagata when it comes to instant ramen. However, the flavor of the soup is complex and strong, and the subtle acidity of the soy sauce accentuates it. It's distinctive, but overall it has a gentle taste, and it's delicious when combined with the smooth noodles.
I also tried Tsukemen and Mazesoba, and both were delicious.
I especially liked the mazesoba. I thought that the punch of minced meat, fish meal, etc. usually makes it taste too junky, but with an exquisite sense of balance, it was finished with a deliciousness that allows you to feel the gentleness within the punch. As is often the case at other restaurants, you are given chili oil and vinegar to change the taste, but I think it tastes better without anything. It wasn't junk like pouring vinegar on it and blowing it away. Mazesoba, which is originally made up of addition, has the aesthetics of subtraction, giving it a unique flavor. I want to eat it again.
