Local friend took me here for lunch. Was recommended as the best Ramen spot in Meguro. Spot did not disappoint, servings were very large and came with a bowl of rice and a bib to avoid staining your shirt.

There’s usually always a queue. Tried it today at 3pm without having to queue. Broth is unlike the typical tonkotsu broth, contained a slightly herbal depth which was nice. But overly salty in my opinion

Rich broth, a little salty (as others have pointed out) but not too salty. Like the spinach, also the table pickles. Emo soundtrack, vibe a little edgy. Cheap.
