It's good but it's 5 stars not because it's extraordinary but because theres nothing to complain about. It's a strong and solid high 4 and it's definitely worth the money to pay a guy who loves his job, serving locally raised pork

A popular restaurant famous for its pork dishes. Mr. Minoya.
I really wanted to go, so I made a reservation for the same day.
Even though the store had not yet opened, we were treated very well.
I had lunch, and I had to choose one of two main dishes, but on this day I had 1️⃣100% pork hamburger 2️⃣Spare ribs and pork ham
I ordered separate dishes and shared them with my husband, and they were all delicious. The spare ribs in particular were exquisite.
The appetizers and soups were great, and even the final dessert was great.
The hot dishes are kept warm, so they don't get cold until the end, the appetizers and soups are elaborately made, the caramel ice cream is not too sweet and tastes like an adult, and the bread is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The coffee was also very tasty and not too sour.

Whenever I'm in Hiroshima and want a hamburger, I come here for lunch. Is delicious. The salad that comes first is also very delicious. Parking is limited, so stay nearby. I thought maybe there was no compensation for parking.
