I've been wanting to try it for a while, but I got on the Shinkansen before Daimaru opened, and Tokyo Station was a stopover and not my destination, so the timing didn't work out, so I had to go to Akita by Shinkansen for some business. I finally managed to find the right time to eat it.
There are various options, but this time I ordered a hamburger and diced steak bento with a fried egg topping. Honestly, 3,100 yen is expensive, but I took the plunge and ordered it.
The lunch box is large, so it's a little inconvenient to carry, but the bag has a luxurious feel.
I took the Shinkansen and opened it after passing Omiya.
It feels quite luxurious.
The contents include hamburger steak, diced steak, corn, carrots, green beans, and pickles.
If you cut the hamburger right away, it will be juicy as expected.
The diced steak also has a strong meaty texture and a rather chewy texture.
The carrots and green beans are also crunchy and delicious.
Traveling on the Shinkansen was a very happy time.
If the timing is right, I would like to use it as a companion on the Shinkansen.
