The food is good and its famous dish is the baked fish caught from the lake.
Other vegetables is also fresh and price is reasonable. It's only ¥1,400 for the set.

The atmosphere is wonderful and even though I am solo traveler I am assigned to sit at one of the たたみ surrounded with wooden furniture (long history wood). There are some paintings on the wall which are also old paintings from decades ago.

The only complaint is a fly srrounding my dishes when I enjoy this exquisite meal. Don't know why there is still fly in late Nov.

Very good set meal. Salt grilled fish was excellent as was the yuba sashimi.

The fish was great. Yuba was great. It would be even better if it didn’t take so long though.

Great food and atmosphere. Amusingly the largest toilet ever (same size as a hotel room for a single toilet). Docked a star only cause it is pricey, 49,000 yen for set dinners for two and a drink each. But if the price doesn't phase you (everything's a bit tourist pricey in the town so I wouldn't stress it) you'll have a great meal.
