Negombo33

I had the 2種類 curry (chicken and pork vindaloo). Super good, and the spice was just right (if you can't handle spicy stuff, this is a heads-up). Staff was super friendly and accommodating too! Definitely a place I'd go to eat at again if i'm in the area.

Ordered the special with the 3 different curries. It was so delicious. Also, the employees were very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely returning to this restaurant.

■2 types of curry 1,600 yen (pork vindaloo & lamb keema)

As a Starbucks tourist who visits Starbucks stores every day, today I spent the morning in Kawagoe, where the Regional Landmark Store is located. After that, I really want to eat some delicious curry for lunch.

Then, there it was. The building called Hatago KOEDOYA, located on the street in front of the Kawagoe Kumano Shrine gate, has the feel of a food court lined up with shops that offer menus to enjoy while walking around town. For some reason, it's a zone where people gather for small eateries in Shin-Okubo and Harajuku, and Negombo 33 Kawagoe store was located there.
I buy a meal ticket as soon as the store opens at 11am. It was 1,600 yen for two types of curry, plus 200 yen for any drink, so I ordered chai tea.
There are two types: pork vindaloo, pork keema, and lamb keema, but since pork keema covers two types of pork, I chose lamb keema.

The two types of curry that came out were good, and it felt like the Negombo curry from Tokorozawa was also here.
Pork vindaloo should have a soft and sour taste. While pork vindaloo is cooked, the sourness can blend in or evaporate and become weak, but I feel that even if you add vinegar at the end, it is better to make it really sour. It turned out to be a delicious pork vindaloo.
And the lamb keema had a strong lamb flavor, and even though it was a keema, each grain of meat had the texture of meat, and the numbing sensation of the Japanese pepper wrapped around the tongue in a pleasant way. .

I was happy to be able to eat Negombo even in Kawagoe.

This is a branch of Negombo in Nishi-Tokorozawa, located in a food court-like space on the first floor of a hotel.
Well, it's a bit expensive though ((((；ﾟДﾟ)))))))
But you know,
I'm so grateful to be able to enjoy Negombo's curry, which is said to be the best in Saitama, in Kawagoe (￣▽￣)
Furthermore, there are also menus that are exclusive to the store.
As you might expect from a restaurant in Kawagoe, which is famous for sweet potato-based dishes, they serve curry made with sweet potatoes.
I regret not receiving it.ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡
I guess I'll have to visit again.
