I had the phantom Chinese noodles from the limited menu, and the soup with bonito flakes and mackerel was really delicious🍜You should also order this with white rice! ️

I've been curious about the dried sardine ramen at this restaurant for a long time, but when I visited, I discovered something called Chinese noodles! ️
I don't like the word limited, so before I knew it, I had ordered the phantom Chinese noodles😂

This time, I was planning to go to a bakery after dinner, so I kept the volume down and topped it with just more chashu pork, just like the phantom Chinese noodles🐷

When I started sipping and eating the soup, I realized that the soup was delicious! ️It's rich and the aftertaste is unbearable😋

Although the chashu was thinly sliced, it was soft, fragrant and delicious.

The noodles mixed with the soup go perfectly with white rice 🍚 I thought about ordering it halfway through 😂

It seems that they also have mazesoba and tsukemen, so I wanted to try these as a repeat! ️

Thank you for the meal~✨

The shop is small, and they seem to be very particular about their dried sardines, and the soup stock has a strong sardine flavor. Mabochu (phantom Chinese food) has a well-balanced and elegant taste without any peculiarities. The cheerful shouts from the staff are also nice.
On my return visit, I ordered Nibo chicken paitan soba, which had a thick soup but a gentle taste. I enjoyed it until the end, rather than the typical hot water that is just too strong. The presentation also shows a sense of aesthetics, leaving a good impression and a high level of satisfaction.

Today I had chilled dried sardines soba.
Chilled noodles with firm texture are delicious.
The clear soup is also delicious.
It's a store you'll want to go to again.
