I made a reservation and entered the store at 7pm on a weekday. Since I had made a reservation, I was guided to a quiet seat in the back, probably because it was empty.

This time I ordered a course meal. All of them were beautifully made and not only tasted great but also looked beautiful.

A toast of sparkling wine was served carefully. The homemade cornbread was soft and delicious. The other breads were delicious, and when they ran out, they served us more as soon as possible. In particular, the main meat dish, Kagawa beef steak, was tender and excellent.
The fish dish was sea bream. Perhaps because it was so fresh, there was a slight fishy smell, but it wasn't too bad. The cold dish used mint and cookie-shaped matcha. It's not that it's not delicious, but I personally found it difficult to understand.

Since it was an anniversary, I had them write on the plate, take a photo with the store's digital camera, and print it out right away. I was very happy. The service was excellent.

It's a little expensive so it's difficult to go there every time, but if I have the chance I'd definitely use it again.

French on the restaurant floor of Sogo.
This time I used it to celebrate my birthday.
We were able to enter the store with a stroller, and we had a spacious seat, which was helpful.

I ordered the steak course.

First, the bite-sized amuse.
Olive pork rillettes on top of pancakes! The pancake itself is slightly sweet, and goes well with the salty rillettes.
What came out next was a slightly shocking salad full of bubbles! lol
I was surprised at how similar it was to the one I had at the restaurant Kei in Paris a long time ago.
As you dig deeper, eggs and other vegetables come out all over the place, making it feel like you're on a treasure hunt, which is fun (´ω`)

And steak! The part seems to be a lamp.
The sauce has a hint of wasabi and is very delicious.
The meat is medium rare! Perhaps it was because of the part, but it was a little difficult to chew. Still, it was a tender, juicy, and very delicious main dish.
Finally, dessert! Pumpkin chiffon cake made with rice flour and blancmange made with soy milk. I chose the soy milk blancmange, and it had grape and balsamic jelly on top, which went perfectly with the mellow soy milk blancmange below☺︎

And here is a congratulatory message on a separate plate ✨
I was very grateful even though I requested it suddenly.

The customer service was also very hospitable.
I would definitely like to use it again.
