Ramen Factory Torisetsu

Feels like a more upscale and classier ramen shop. Free tea is served instead of the usual chlorine water and the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. The beautiful presentation of the dishes matches their complex flavors. None of their dishes were disappointing, and I particularly liked their summer special which is cold dandan mien.

The Chicken White broth ramen was very tasty. The broth was thick and flavourful. My husband ordered for the Yuzu Soy Sauce broth ramen. The yuzu taste was quite strong and compliment the soy sauce soup very well. My favourite was the Chicken White Ramen! Do give it a try

For something a bit different from run-of-the mill ramen, give Toritetsu a try. This is chicken ramen, rather than pork. There are two main styles available, yuzu (citrus) and regular chicken soup. In both cases the broth is chicken soup, with chunks or slices of chicken and various vegetables. Toppings are available, and a variety of side menu items are on offer, ranging from the expected (Gyoza) to the surprising (keema curry). Bet is also served (shopping with soft drinks). Small versions of the ramen are available for children or those with smaller appetites.
The menu is available with some English and pictures, so you can get an idea of what you are ordering. There is one table for four and 20 counter seats, so don't expect to be seated quickly if you are a large group (although the staff happily tried to get the for of us together when I visited)
