Came in on a weekday around 10pm. The internal layout is very traditional and warm. The chef is very serious with his cooking and we enjoyed watching him while he prepares our food.
Fried rice - must order! Very delicious
Shoyu ramen - awesome
I used google translate picture and circled the item to place my order. Hope this helps for foreigners.

Most popular ramen bowls here are Shio, Miso and Soyu.
We ordered the Shio and Soyu and the bowls were very delicious. Make sure you order a side of fried rice to go with your ramen.
The only thing I didn't like about this ramen restaurant was waiting over an hour to get seated.
It's very small inside and unfortunately there aren't many options available in Sapporo after 9 p.m. during a quasi state of emergency.

Being a fan of tonkatsu based ramen, this is a rare opportunity to try shio ramen. In comparison, the broth is light and very tasty.
For those healthy singaporeans who is very sensitive to salty-ness, do prepare to drink more water. Ordered the fried rice to share and its also very flavorful. Yums 😋
