Ramen Shinwa

It's been a while since I last visited.
I regularly eat Kitakata Ramen here🍜
Makes me want to eat it.

It was past noon, so
Entered the store without waiting.
Choose a menu from the ticket vending machine at the entrance
No matter when I come here, I worry a little bit 😕
I came here thinking Kitakata Ramen🍜!
Since I chose Kitakata ramen,
I chose it because I thought I should add more char siu.

The char siu becomes heavier in the second half.
Still, I finished it!

A long time ago, I went to eat the authentic Kitakata ramen in Aizu, so this time I decided to try the thick miso ramen.
Asahikawa's Sudo Seimen is rare in Sapporo.
The noodles are whitish, and unlike Asahikawa's signature low-hydration noodles, they are very springy and chewy.
The soup is also made with lard and stays piping hot until the end!
The miso was a little thick, but it wasn't overwhelming and I finished the soup. There are two pieces of chashu, the loin and the pork belly. The pork belly was grilled.
Although it was a weekday, the place was always packed.
The inside of the store is small, and you have to buy it straight away from a ticket vending machine, so it's very uncomfortable unless you decide what you want to eat online beforehand. If you only have a ticket vending machine, you won't be able to tell what's good, and the staff will be waiting to help you decide what to buy. It may not be recommended for people with small children as it is small and the next customer cannot enter unless they purchase a ticket.
It's just delicious!
