Restaurant Hanabusa

I couldn't come because of work, so I visited for the first time in 7 years.
For a long time, we have often come to visit us when we are saying farewell to our loved ones.
Whenever I come here, I am impressed by the high quality of each item. Crab, abalone, conger eel, etc., along with the 14th generation of freshly squeezed Japanese sake and the illusion.
I also enjoy the conversations between the general and the young general.

This time there was a year-end party and it was a little noisy, so the atmosphere is 3 stars. Everything else is fine! 😁

It's located a little outside the center in a restaurant area that has a dungeon feel. It was crowded inside, and there were a lot of regulars, but it was on a small floor, so it didn't feel like an inside crowd.
The staff at the store were also very kind.
As for the sake, you can drink the famous and rare Shinsho No. 6 at a reasonable price, and the wines are natural and go well with Japanese food.

An elegant restaurant that stands out among the restaurants in an old shopping center. I ordered a course meal for 8,000 yen, and the ingredients and seasoning were perfect. I'll definitely stay here next time. Thank you again.
