enjoyed ¥7,600 dinner course and added great wine pairings. I ordered a glass of dessert wine and paid ¥15,000 per person in the end. It was well worth it. Everything was delicious and truly amazed by the beauty and creativity of the each plates. Such a great experience of Kanazawa French meal. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the interior that reminds me of office tables and chairs.

If you are in Kanazawa and have had enough of the izakaya food, here’s one place to head to.
Restaurant N serves upmarket French fusion incorporating local ingredients. Reasonably priced, the Chef Nishiyama and staff were really friendly.
We got to know about this place via a gourmet friend who went a couple of months ago and shared this place giving it high marks.
We took the five course lunch course today with duck breast for the meat dish.
We also liked how the food was presented.
Michelin one star.

Excellent and inventive food, charming service, and a lovely space.
