A famous soba restaurant in Ginza, where you can enjoy delicious soba and charcoal grilled noodles.
There are counter seats and private table seats.

The course is good, but on this day it was a la carte.

First, I heard that radish pickled in soy sauce was recommended, so I ordered it.
Everything from the grilled vegetables and pork to the dashi-rolled egg was really delicious, and I was thankful that they divided everything into individual portions from the beginning.

I ended up using zaru soba for the soba noodles.
I thought it was a famous restaurant with solid soba noodles.
The soba soup was incredibly delicious!

I came here after hearing that this is a restaurant where you can eat delicious soba in Ginza.

I ordered the lunch course for 2200 yen.
The 100% handmade soba noodles, the famous sakura shrimp kakiage, the fluffy soba noodles, and the nutritious herring were all very delicious.

It was a very comfortable space with a relaxing atmosphere where time could flow slowly!

It's a wonderful setting where you can eat in peace.
There are private rooms, which is nice.
The duck nanban had a light and gentle taste.
Local sake included Kuzuryu and Shimeharitsuru. 🍶
