Seigetsu Kanazawa

I visited on a Saturday night in October 2023.
I was able to participate in a celebratory event for someone who helped me, but it's a very difficult shop that I wouldn't have visited otherwise.

It was a space with a very luxurious atmosphere.

The dishes were filled with unique dishes made with lots of locally grown vegetables, and I felt as if I were looking at a work of art.

It's almost a waste to eat any of them.

Of course everything was delicious.

The staff at the store were very polite and welcoming, and I had a wonderful time.

I feel this is a great restaurant to entertain your loved ones.

I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.

It's a little far from Kanazawa Station, so I took a taxi. It's a little hard to find because it's down a narrow alley.
The exterior, interior, and courtyard are wonderful, with a Japanese atmosphere. We enjoyed delicious food and local sake in a spacious private room.

Kanazawa has many famous Japanese food and sushi restaurants, from long-established establishments to up-and-coming establishments, but this one is tucked away in a back alley in Nagamachi.

Not only the taste but also the cost performance is surprising.

The 11,000 yen kaiseki course costs less than 15,000 yen per person even if you drink a lot of alcohol.

If you want to experience this quality in a city like Tokyo, I think you'll definitely have to pay more than 20,000 yen.

Autumn has arrived, and matsutake mushrooms are grown right away.
