This soba restaurant is very traditional and seems to be busy at lunch on Saturdays. With a little wait, we got in and the place was very clean and very nice. The soba is very traditional and made on site. There are six flavors of salt that you can try, all of them are good. The fresh wasabi that you grind at your table is also a nice addition. I recommend to anybody
