Kanazawa solo trip. I saw someone else's blog and thought it looked like a nice atmosphere, so I made a reservation and visited.
I enjoyed the master's stories and attentiveness. The food was also very delicious! The fried white shrimp was served in a small portion for one person.
When I was checking out, I was panicking because I didn't know how to use a regional coupon, but she helped me by telling me to take my time.
It was a wonderful night in Kanazawa.

Everything from the food to the drinks is extremely delicious, and the juicy deliciousness of overnight-dried nodoguro cannot be expressed in words.
If I ever go to Kanazawa again, I don't know if I'll be able to do it, but I think I'll make a reservation.
