Shotaro Udon

The location is near the worst: it's in an alleyway that enters a residential area after passing through the shuttered Shimoshakujii shopping street, so you won't notice it from the main street. The station is also far away.
The exterior is old and has the look of a store that locals tend to miss.
The inside of the store is even older, the cleanliness is not very good, and the water tastes like tap water and tastes bad.
Apparently it opened in 2010, but I thought it was a much older store.
The owner, an old guy, seems like a very nice person, but he seems more like someone who runs a restaurant in a tourist spot in the mountains than a craftsman, so for a moment you forget that this is Tokyo's 23 wards.
If you are concerned about the focus on SC, which is often seen on Google Maps, you should definitely not go there.
Despite this, the reason why we give this restaurant the highest rating and recommend it is because it's ``food that can only be eaten here.''
The noodles are disheveled and stiff, which you can't really tell from the photo, and they have a great chewy texture even on their own. The presence of disorder is also hard.
