What an amazing meal. I enjoyed each and every plate to its fullest. It felt like a journey through the woods on a nice autumn day, like I was a kid walking through a forest. Love the season, love the here and now! The chef was so nice and the lady serving us was very nice as well. I enjoyed the calm vibe. I was amazed that it was just the two of them, too. Overall it was quite a meal, I felt reinvigorated on our long first trip to Japan.

We had the most amazing experience here! This was recommended to us by our Ryukan and so booked a lunchtime slot. We were greeted by the loveliest host and seated.

This is one of those meals where you’d never pick the meal to eat yourself but we tried it all and loved every plate! It was delicate and delicious but still filling and the chef was very friendly.

We got some sake and picked our own sake cups to drink from. At the end they led us out of the restaurant and bowed us out until we were out of sight. The best food we’ve had in japan and also the best experience!
