This was one of our best bar experience in Kyoto. The food was great for the price, and the drinks were very affordable. They had a big menu and everything were great! Especially the fried oysters, tamago, aji-fry (fried fish). The warm sake was amazing and it only costs 400 yen per carafe! This is a pretty small bar and is very popular amongst locals so do come at an off peak time. We visited the bar at 3pm and it was full (luckily a few people left just in time that made space for us). There is an English menu but don't expect people there to speak much English.

Very thick sashimi cuts and big roll portions.. but very very tasty, one of the best nigiri and tuna rolls I had.
Cramped place, seems to be frequented by locals with uncommon menu options
Absolutely recommended
