I had a spectacular sushi dinner at Hachi-ya Kanazawa. The owner sushi chef was very gentle when I made a reservation. The each pieces were ‘ magic’ at this Michelin restaurant. It was not a short trip but really worth to visit from Tokyo. Stunning dinner.

Sushi Hachiya is really somewhere you should go if you visit kanazawa.
It was a real treat and great experience seeing how much effort he puts into each dish. Every dish was delicious. The montage does not have all the food i ate, so go hungry!
As a non japanese, he made a lot of effort to describe dishes to me me in english and i mostly knew what i was eating.

Its an amazing restaurant. The chef is wonderful! To see how each piece of food is treated if just unbelievable. Im happy I had the chance to eat there and I hope I can go there again. Arigatō for the beautiful time !
