The Sheraton concierge recommended and booked this place for me for my birthday dinner. I can't remember how many courses I had, but it was all delicious and I left completely satisfied. The sushi was delicious. The chef was very friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The 25-item omakase nigiri course is divine! ! A very satisfying restaurant where you can taste and compare sea urchins! ! !
This shop is located in the basement of the Izakaya district at the west exit of Yokohama.
I thought it would be difficult to find because it was a high-end restaurant among many restaurants, but I found it in one go! Signboards are also clearly placed! I'm someone who doesn't like formal shops and get nervous when I enter, but the atmosphere is very easy to enter! The staff and the chef were easy to talk to and I was able to eat without getting stiff!

I got two volumes to compare, and I was so impressed by the difference in taste that I felt like I was eating something else other than the texture!
This is a recommended store that I would definitely use again!

Just before I made a reservation, I saw the comments on the Google reviews, and I was worried because the reviews were so bad, but when I went, I was very satisfied.
There was an explanation of the dishes, and the sushi and other dishes were delicious! I stayed for about an hour and a half, but I was full.
Other customers in the store seemed satisfied, and the calm interior gave a very peaceful impression, making me wonder why there were so many different ratings. (Maybe it depends on the time of day?)
The chef who made the sushi at the counter wasn't particularly unfriendly, he just didn't talk more than necessary, and when I stopped talking to him, he was able to have a normal conversation.
I'm glad I was able to eat delicious sushi at the end of the year.
Especially the two types of sea urchin made me want to eat more!
I would like to go there again if I have the chance.
