I've had the pleasure of dining at some of the finest restaurants in the world. But I can honestly say that I've never had a more memorable dining experience than the one I had at Sushi Tanabe.
The first thing that struck me about Sushi Tanabe was the atmosphere. The restaurant is small and intimate, with a warm and inviting ambiance. The staff is kind, attentive and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home.
The restaurant offers an omakase menu, which allows the chef to create a personalized dining experience for each guest but you may also order a la carte.
My family and I had the omakase and all I can say is if you want a taste of heaven on earth, come here.
Each dish is masterfully crafted in such a way that each vegetable, slice of fish, grain of rice, down to the flakes of salt is intentionally done in such a way as to elevate the ingredients to its highest potential. It is truly a feast for the senses.
I’m honestly still blown away by the variety of dishes I was served, all of which were perfectly prepared. I've had a lot of great sushi in my day, but nothing quite compares to the food I had today. The chef is a true master of his craft, and it shows in every bite. It’s clear he takes great care in selecting the freshest ingredients, and he prepares each dish with meticulous attention to detail.
