Incredible food & lovely staff! The soup tastes so clean & light whereas the mazesoba is very flavourful - A truly affordable & delicious meal! Highly recommended!

Side note: The staff were so kind & helpful when we were asking them for help before we even dined in, lending us their phone, being translators, etc. We are very thankful for their help 🙏🏻

Hidden in a maze of small streets, this place is a gem. Simple yet tasty Okinawa soba never disappoints, but the monthly specials are always full of surprises and explosion of tastes.
Highly recommended!

During lunchtime on holidays, the parking lot is very busy. The garden is spacious with tropical plants such as hibiscus and banana trees. Since the store is set in an old private house, there are many places to take photos while you wait, such as a rare well, so you can have fun while waiting.
You can choose from three different soba sizes.
I had the cartilage soki soba! The cartilage is so stewed that it's melty! You can add pickled ginger and onions to your liking. The soup is made with special care and is so light that you won't feel guilty even after drinking it all.
The seat cards had surnames unique to Okinawa, and on this day I was seated at Koja-san's seat.
In addition to the tatami seats, which are great for families with children, there is also a stylish space where you can sit on chairs at the counter ♫
We also recommend the monthly Oinari-san, which is a carefully thought-out dish every month!

The store is located in a renovated old folk house, and has tatami-style seating and counter seating. It's okay to bring your family as well. I ate Okinawa soba in a calm atmosphere. There are so many options on the menu that it's hard to decide which one to choose. True to the owner's concept of wanting everyone to drink the soup to the end, I ended up drinking it all. It was a light but rich and flavorful soup. It was a store that I would like to go to again. Thank you for the meal.
