This is one place I would like to go to if it's near my workplace.
The specially prepared meshiro oshi (rice sashimi), especially the aged fish sashimi, is bursting with flavor.
What's most surprising is that you can enjoy all the menu items on the ground, and even the fries are delicious.
I also think it's nice that the lemon sorbet is served as a garnish so as not to destroy the crispiness of the fried food.
The master explains each dish one by one, so you can enjoy the background of each ingredient.
They also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, and you can order sake to match your food.

It seems to be run by a married couple, so when it gets crowded, it can get very crowded, so it's perfect for those who want to drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
