This is a rare restaurant where you can eat Yamagata ramen in the Yokohama Kawasaki area.

I entered the store at 11:00 on weekdays and was seated right away. I ordered soy sauce Chinese (medium). The inside of the store is not that big and the customer service is nice. The visual impact of the ramen itself is sure to whet your appetite. The dried sardines have less of a seafood flavor, and the overall punch of the soup is weak. Despite its greasy appearance, the soup feels a little light and easy to drink. Three pieces of chashu. happy. The texture of the meat is chewy and not mushy. Homemade noodles aren't bad either. The ramen itself was served piping hot and soothed me from the winter cold, making a pretty good impression and giving me a thumbs up👍

The location is far from any station, and there is no dedicated parking lot, so access is honestly not good.
But it's still worth going.

It was inspired by a ramen shop in Sakata, Yamagata, so the taste is similar to that one.
It's great that they come in a variety of flavors such as soy sauce, salt, and mazesoba. There are a wide variety of toppings such as chashu pork, onions, and green onions.

A personal call is required. You can add high-quality fat as a free topping, so be sure to try it. It's not as greasy as it looks and gives the ramen a richer flavor. If you like fatty meat, you can add additional toppings.
