The Barn By Odin

One of several restaurants that serves western meals (not counting eateries within hotels), it is a popular dining option for tourists/skiers who want something that doesn't need to be google translated.
The space is a modified barn. Open and airy which is nice. Located near other restaurants, it is in a good location.
In terms of food, it is good. A decent but small selection of dishes covering each major food group. Nothing super creative but dishes that most western diners will be familiar with. The only disappointment for the evening was the fish. It was bland and boring. Serving sizes are ok but not overly generous.
Service is fast from the young wait staff. I suspect they have at least a second seating if not a third.
Prices are on the high side or we'll just call it mountain price.

Nice break from Japanese cuisine. Service was 10/10. Food was ok, they need to give some more options to the guests. Duck was a bit tough, but we enjoyed it.

Hokkaido Milk ice cream was the star of the night.

Nice wine selection. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had such a wonderful dinner. The dishes were delicious, creative and a feast for the eyes. We loved our cocktails. The service was beyond compare. This is a truly elevated food experience and it can be hard to find this in most ski towns. We are so lucky we were able to get a reservation here. Anyone coming to Niseko should make sure to get a reservation here.

Great atmosphere and service. The food lived up to its expectations and the wait between courses was nicely gapped. It’s located in a central hirafu making it easy to get to from most residences in the area. Would strongly recommend for people travelling to niseko.
