Tonkatsu Ren's Curry Shop Ippekoppe Shinbashi Branch

I went to the Shinbashi branch of Tonkatsu Ren's Curry Shop Ippekoppe.
The store is located in a corner of the food court-like dining area on the first floor of the New Shinbashi Building next to Shinbashi Station, with an 8-seat counter.
The procedure is to purchase a ticket from the ticket machine on the left side of the store and line up starting from the right.
I ordered a dish that I don't see very often at other restaurants, ``Rinnojo Katsudon (Agose)''.
For the katsudon here, you can choose between a regular katsudon and a toji-nai katsudon.
The Tojinai Katsudon was a sweet onion egg bowl with a loin cutlet on top.
The top loin cutlet with Hayashi SPF is very satisfying to eat.
You can enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as with Namak rock salt as usual, or with sweet egg rice bowl.
However, the sauce is sweet and you might get a little tired of it by the end.
However, the finish of the top loin cutlet was exquisite, and it was so moist, juicy, and extremely delicious that you wouldn't think it was a cutlet served in a katsudon bowl.
Lastly, I love the Tonjiru pork soup at ``Rin'', but maybe it's just for today, but the ginger was too strong and it wasn't very tasty.
I don't like to leave any leftovers, so it was a pretty spicy end to the meal! ️

I visited a store that I had wanted to talk about for a while.

The location is on the 1st floor of the New Shinbashi Building, Shinbashi 2, Minato-ku.

This is a roadside store with only 8 seats at the counter.
When I visited, there were about 4 people waiting.
First, buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine.
Although it is called a curry restaurant, they also serve pork cutlet set meals and katsudon.
This time I ordered the special cutlet curry.

This is what was served after we sat down and waited for a while.
Curry and tonkatsu are served separately.
It seems like you can eat the cutlet with table salt.

The curry is not too spicy and is easy to eat.
The roux is smooth and contains plenty of meat.
I think this would be delicious on its own.
It was also delicious when eaten with pickles on the table.
It would be a shame to dip the special fillet cutlet in curry.
When eaten with a sprinkle of salt, the cutlet becomes soft and moist and delicious.
I liked this pink color♪

I finished eating it in an instant.
If I was going to eat it with curry, I think it would have been better to have the loin cutlet.
The result was a cutlet curry that was delicious with each dish.

I visited this place that I was interested in for an early dinner. There was no line at around 17:00, so I bought a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine and took a seat at the counter. By the way, there was only one person in line when I left.
The store has 8 seats at the counter facing the aisle. The only partition from the aisle is a rope curtain. The kitchen is staffed by three employees.
Beer was served immediately, and after waiting while drinking, the cutlet curry with a huge cutlet appeared in about 8 minutes.
First of all, I was surprised by the power of the cutlet.
The cutlet is freshly fried. When eaten with table-top rock salt, the crunchy koromo and the flavor of the meat go well together. This is delicious, with the salty taste and the flavor of the meat standing out.
Next time I'll have it with pork cutlet sauce. Classic flavor with sweet sauce.
The curry is medium spicy, has quite a bit of meat, and is rich and delicious. It goes well with cutlets.
Grab a cutlet and empty your beer. Finish with curry rice.
I was very satisfied with the hearty and value-for-money cutlet curry.
