To-tei is a gyoza specialty store located right next to the Higashi-Ikebukuro 3-chome intersection.

Of course the gyoza is delicious. However, after 5 years of going here, I now buy more shumai than gyoza.
Shumai is so delicious! !
I ate a lot today with mustard paste. Try adding plenty of soy sauce or other sauces to suit your taste.

I took it home!
Pre-cooked fried dumplings and shumai are also available for your convenience.
Contrary to their appearance, the skins of fried gyoza and shumai are not thick, making them light and delicious.
Personally, I think the steamed dumplings, which have chewy skin and are the opposite of fried dumplings, are very delicious and I highly recommend them!
I hope I can take it home again!
