Each skewer is perfect, from the crispy and juicy chicken hearts to the fragrant and tender beef tongue. The green pepper is a surprise hit, with delicious soup accumulating in the whole roast. The skin on the chicken is plump and crispy, and the flavor oozes out with every bite.
Not only are the skewers delicious, but the a la carte dishes are also exceptional. The pickles, including yams and shallots, are an izakaya classic, and the Jabara sake is refreshing with a pleasant sourness. The wagyu tongue is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the duck loin is surprisingly thick and gentle on the stomach. Even the chicken soup is simple yet high quality.
