I became interested after seeing Rui Yoshida's program called Sakaba Wandering Chronicles, and visited this place when I was on a trip to Hitoyoshi with a friend.
The first floor only had a counter, and the second floor seemed to have tatami seating where banquets could be held.
We are led behind the counter.
There were a lot of alcohol labels on the ceiling of this counter, and it had a very nice atmosphere.
As for the food, there are no complaints here either. The sashimi, skewers, and of course the sake were delicious.
The most memorable dishes were the horse sashimi and the warmed rock.
When I travel, I always feel happy when I can taste local food.
In particular, it was my first experience of drinking Kan Rock.
If you are interested, please order it.
I will stop by again when I come to Hitoyoshi.
Thank you for the meal.

As always, it is crowded with many customers. This time we had sashimi, milt, etc. Finish with Shio soup. The amount of salt is exquisite.
