This is a sushi restaurant recommended by a local.
You can reach it by walking for about 5 minutes from JR Morimoto Station. It seemed like the only seats were at the counter. I visited for lunch on a weekday, and there were other customers, so I had a fun lunch while chatting with them.
The chef makes a handful of each dish from the counter and places them on top of bamboo leaves.
This time I had a 3000 yen lunch with dessert. There are some that cost 4,000 yen now. It might have been better for 4000 yen.
On this day, various parts of Oma's tuna were served. I can't believe it's less than 300 yen per serving, such as fatty tuna, toro, and mid-fat!
Yellowtail yellowtail might be delicious. Sea urchin, of course. There are multiple types of shrimp, including sweet shrimp and botan shrimp. They serve us one after another, and they are all delicious!
The Negitoro Maki is long and thick and very satisfying. The hot ara soup was also the best.
While I was eating delicious food, I got another 2 pieces due to the service. thank you!
For the 3000 yen lunch, there is also a dessert platter where you can enjoy homemade desserts.
There were also single dishes such as milt tempura and Kobako crab, which were eaten by other customers and looked delicious.
The atmosphere of the friendly owner and landlady was very pleasant.
