Yokohama Ramen Yamamoto

Everyday Japanese ramen shop that gives you a real glimpse into the life of Japanese. Everyone must order a bowl even for children. Thick noodle with good chewiness and the chilli garlic sauce is a must which elevates the taste. I see the locals would get a bowl of rice to go with the noodle and top it up with a hefty portion on pickled cucumber. I must say that is way too carb heavy of a meal for me 😂 the way of the samurai is a carb heavy path.

Basic place but amazing Ramen! The broth was just so delicious and portions are huge, prices are super reasonable! Can highly recommend as a hangover cure ;)

This is the best place that I have had Ramen. We been here and other places in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and this place is the best!
At first it was confusing because we had to order from machine, but used google translate and ordered it. We came back to this place once again at our last day.

I am highly recommend this place and this is the best Ramen that you will have in Japan!
