Amazing place, not because of the epic queues for lunch, but traditional Japanese cuisine--influenced by Westernized dishes and its generous portions.

Located on the southwest exit side of JR and Hankyu Railways of Mōtomachi Station--it's located near a Seven Eleven convenience store

There are many famous Western food restaurants in Kobe City, and they are all crowded every day.
Each one has its own individuality, and it's hard to choose one from the other, but Quattro is also wonderful.
Of course there is a line for lunch, but dinner is relatively easy to get to.
Fried shrimp, crispy without oil or shrimp smell. It was delicious.
I feel that the store staff have been strictly trained, and I have a good impression of their customer service.
There are stairs in front, so I think it's a relatively easy location to find.
