It made me think that if you want to eat carbonara around Tomio, this is the place.
I ordered the eighth generation carbonara premium.
The rich and creamy sauce pairs well with the pasta. It's also nice that you don't have to worry about the smell of cheese.
Next time I will try other menu items.

For those who eat a lot, we recommend a large serving.
It's a meal ticket, but we recommend you bring your own as large bills won't fit.

Delicious and filling. The carbonara sauce has a deep, slightly dark flavor. The pasta is chewy like Sanuki udon. The saltiness of pancetta adds an impact to the flavor.

It was very delicious. There can be quite a line at lunchtime, even on weekdays. Since they operate on a one-off basis, you may not be able to sit even if there are seats available. I don't think you can find raw noodles at this price these days. I think people have their own preferences regarding the intensity of the flavor, but I didn't find anything particularly lacking.
I was glad that it was more solid than the pasta that only looks good.
