I finally arrived at a teppanyaki restaurant that I had been curious about for a while.
I didn't make a reservation so I wasn't sure if I would be able to get in, but it was empty so I was able to sit at the counter easily.
Is it someone who seems to be a female shopkeeper and a young part-time worker? It was managed by two people.
It wasn't as unfriendly as some reviews say.
All the dishes were delicious and I ended up eating way too much.
When I asked for recommendations, I was told that all of the dishes at Ching Tong Shan Original are original, so I ordered one of my favorite dishes and it was delicious as well.
Teppanyaki may seem expensive, but the price is not high.
However, the drinks are priced a little high, so if you drink a lot, you'll end up paying quite a bit.
Having said that, it's definitely cheaper than the high-end teppanyaki restaurants around Roppongi 😄
There is a long counter and table seats in the back, but I definitely recommend the counter.
It's fun to drink alcohol while watching the owner prepare the food on the griddle.
It's a long way from Sakurashinmachi and Komazawa-Daigaku Station, but if you think of it as a diet before eating, it won't be a problem.
There may be many people who know about Tanaka, a family-run ramen shop next to the shop that often has a long line of people.
My personal recommendation is gyoza🥟
The method of making it is unique, and even though I'm bad at wrapping gyoza, I thought I might be able to make this.
It's chewy so it's very delicious.
I'm thinking of going again to try that gyoza.

This is a store I've been interested in for a while. I was finally able to go after making the announcement ❗ It's a small shop and the owner is probably a woman. I think she was a little unfriendly at first. I thought so, but since he has a craftsmanlike personality, I was satisfied. As we got to know each other better, we smiled and became friends. Of course, her cooking skills are perfect! Of course, it has been in business for 33 years👀
It's amazing❗ Everything was delicious, but I especially recommend the shrimp salad and hamburger steak. It was so delicious~💝

He's not a bad person, but he's not friendly at all!
Well, I'm not looking for affection, so it's OK.
And the items I ordered were delicious!

The mom was a very nice person, and everything I ate was delicious. I want to go again 💞
