We had a incredible experience. Wooden smell, contemporary decoration, an outstanding menu. We have a new favorite in Kobe . 10/10

It is a restaurant hidden in a building, which is not easy to find it. Most of the ingredients are grilled by woods, this way increase the scent of nature and fresh ingredients. I would say it was a wonderful trip of foodie.

The atmosphere is very nice, and even though it's in downtown Kobe, it feels like you're eating in a log cabin in the forest. Since it is heated with firewood, it is a charm that your clothes will have a slight smell of smoke.
The soup that comes first is always delicious. This time I ordered the standard course. I also asked for pairing.
The course pattern doesn't always change much, but bonito and tataki Spanish mackerel come out and are always delicious. This time it was Spanish mackerel.
By the time the main meat dish arrives, I'm pretty full and always very satisfied.
This is a restaurant where you can relax and have a very friendly atmosphere with all the staff.
