When returning from Kumamoto City to my hometown of Miyazaki, I was passing through Hitoyoshi, so I thought about getting some souvenirs, and then I remembered that Hitoyoshi is also famous for gyoza, so I looked it up on Google Maps and decided to visit.

Where is the store when I arrive?

Unable to figure it out, I turned back and searched again.

It was raining, so I searched for 10 minutes without getting out of the car.

No, I seriously don't understand 😅

I finally found it in an image posted on Google Maps in the past 😊

Is it okay to open the front door of someone else's home without permission? It's an ordinary house, I think.

I bought two sets of 10 pieces of fresh gyoza.

After this, we are planning to take out from a gyoza restaurant called Shoryuken.

I quickly cooked it at my eldest son's house.

It's small, but the contents are solid.

If anything, it's thin skin🤔

The results of the taste comparison were that both were delicious, but I don't think they were as good as Miyazaki's absolute champion Gyoza Maruoka 😅

Thank you for the meal🙏

I wanted to eat gyoza while drinking at a hotel on a business trip, so I went to buy some.
It was very delicious and the alcohol went well.

However, the cap of the bottle containing the sauce was a little loose...a little bit of the sauce leaked out.

At first glance, it looks like a private house, but the dumpling banner is a landmark. First, let's aim for Sagarahan Ganjoji Station. Then you can find it quickly.
When you enter the front door, you will see that it is a private house.
When the store staff comes out, you tell them the number of packs you want to buy. It comes with 10 small gyoza pieces for 300 yen (raw) or 350 yen (grilled gyoza). These dumplings are accented with ginger flavor, and the texture is somewhere between gyoza and shumai. It's very delicious. It's small so it might be difficult to make.
A surprising recommendation is to buy fresh dumplings and make boiled dumplings or wonton noodles. The small dumplings are really stylish. 👍🤩The gyoza skin will become melty in the soup.
The staff at the restaurant seem to be quite busy, so it's best to make a reservation before visiting.

They also have grilled gyoza, but it's best to take home the fresh gyoza and grill them at home to keep them piping hot and delicious. It's small so you can eat a lot.

It's not as greasy as store-bought dumplings ❗ Some store-bought dumplings contain lard ❗ The shop owner's special ingredients (minced meat, cabbage, etc.) make them exceptionally delicious ✌️ Eat as much as you want even when they're cold Yes ❗ It's also very popular with students 🍻 It's a popular restaurant so it's best to make a reservation by phone 💗
