Gohgan

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Goh & Gaggan, a collaboration between two world-renowned chefs. The omakase menu was a true delight, showcasing the best of both chefs' culinary talents.

The meal began with a small bite of chickpea paste, followed by a cold peach soup. The next course was a wagashi-inspired dish filled with buttery foie gras, which was both unexpected and delicious.

The main courses were charcoal grilled fish and pork, both of which were cooked to perfection. The fish was flaky and flavorful, while the pork was tender and juicy. The meal concluded with a curry rice with Hokkaido crab meat, which was rich and satisfying.

Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience at Gohgan. The food was creative and delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience, and great value for money!
